Flood waters compromised a recent bridge abutment concrete pour.
Site teams were unable to cost effectively undertake deconstruction.
We put innovation into practice by developing and implementing an expanding grout solution to manage deconstruction of in situ concrete.
Reinforcing steel was able to be retained in place.
